Summer Run Squad Training Program
RH Northern Beaches / Heart of Courage Project
- 4th December 2023 - 3rd March 2024 (3 months/13 weeks)
- Includes a 10km and 21km Training Plan by Bec Hoschke TA Performance Coach
- Training Plan can be delivered on-line via Training Peaks App, or, emailed as a Word Document
- Coach support & guidance (Facebook / WhatsAPP)
- 10 x face-to-face weekly group coached sessions (note there is a 3 week break over the Xmas-New Year period)
- Sunset Wednesdays, 6.30pm - 7.30pm Collaroy / Narrabeen
- Northern Beaches Professional Coaches Bec Hoschke / Beth Williamson
- Minimum 10 athletes for the program to go ahead

- Local Event: Sun Run, 3 February 2024. Dee Why to Manly (7km / 10km), Northern Beaches Sydney.
- Heart of Courage Regional Destination Event: Run Fest Port Macquarie, 2-3 March 2024. Mid North Coast NSW (21km | 10km | 5km | Breakwall Buster 36km (21+10+5).
- Virtual Challenge: A virtual 10km or 21km challenge is also welcomed and celebrated at the end of the program, to suit participant lifestyle context
Fees
- 3 Month Summer Program Package $390 ($30 per week)
- Payment of program in full ($390) will receive a 5% discount ($370). Use discount code "NBSUMMERRUN". Fees due prior to program start date.
- Periodic payment plan also available: $130 per month. Fees to be paid in advance with commitment to full 3 month program.
- 10 x face-to-face coached sessions only, $150 (not including a 10km or 21km training plan)
- Existing NB Run Squad members receive a $30 discount given the 2 week overlap between programs. Please contact Bec Hoschke for the Discount Code.
Heart of Courage Project
- The Heart of Courage Project is all about empowering life fitness and improving Regional Cancer + First Nation Cancer outcomes for Australia. For the 2023/24 Season, the Project's hyper focus is on making a difference for the Port-Macquarie Hastings area, Mid North Coast NSW.
